Create a musical tale

To create a musical tale, you need:

​

  • a very varied story and reciter's voice.

  • sound effects

  • music

  • a song

  • the Audacity program (free to download on Mac or PC)

Before starting the project, it is important to listen to several musical tales to identify the essential points: 

​

  • When does the music come in?

  • What types of sound effects are possible?

  • When to place the sound effects?

  • What choice of music? (classical, pop, contemporary)

  • How does the narrator tell the story? Speed of delivery, voice intonation, expressions, dialogues with modified voices...
